GENERAL PARK RULES
GRAND BAYOU RESORT IS A "DRUG FREE ZONE" - THERE IS "NO TOLERANCE" "ALCOHOL" IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH, MARINA or at the GATEHOUSE (Security has the authority to check all ice chests in the above areas)
PERSONAL BAR-B-QUE PITS are not allowed on the beach. PETS are not allowed in the beach area.
APPROPRIATE SWIM WEAR IS REQUIRED: STRING BIKINIS, THONGS AND MENS BIKINIS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
GLASS CONTAINERS are NOT ALLOWED in the BEACH AREA, MARINA, and PIER OR BOAT LAUNCH.
CLIMBING ON CONCRETE WALLS IS PROHIBITED. SWIMMING IN THE BOAT INLET AT THE RV PARK IS PROHIBITED.
DIVING OR JUMPING FROM THE WALK BRIDGE OVER THE BOAT INLET IS PROHIBITED.
PETS must be on a LEASH AT ALL TIMES. LEASH MAY BE NO LONGER THAN 8 FEET. NO PET may be left outdoors UNATTENDED.
NO 4 WHEELERS OR ATV IS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
ALL MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, GOLF CARTS, ETC. MUST BE OPERATED BY A LICENSED DRIVER WHILE USED IN THE PARK, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BEACH AREA.
LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
QUIET TIME BEGINS AT 10pm SUNDAY THRU THURSDAY , AT 11pm FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
ALL VISITORS TO THE RV CAMPSITES AND OR CABINS MUST PAY A $1.00 ADMISSION.
ALL GUESTS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED AND STAYING IN THE PARK ARE ASKED TO EXIT THE RESORT BY 11:00 PM. SUNDAY THRU THURSDAY AND 12:00P.M. ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP WHO HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS IN THE PAST, ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP, CURRENTLY REGISTERED, WHO CAUSES PROBLEMS AND CONTINUES TO DISREGUARD THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF GRAND BAYOU RESORT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARK AND WILL FORFEIT THE FEES CHARGED AND ANY DEPOSIT MADE.
NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against any claims resulting from loss or damage or injury to the person of any member or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
